Yeah, hopefully Biden, Pelosi, and Schumer will have passed away by then, and they can be replaced with someone who wants to work, rather than someone who wants to stop work being done.

Will the word 'disappointed' be a better term to use? That way I can use the term for most politicians, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion or party.

 

I think both candidates suck-- The 2 party system has become corrupt and is worthless to the people-- That being said- No one should talk badly for any person in office as POTUS-- I have met 2 Presidents in my day- (well shook hands) and the office deserves respect- If you do not like who is in office do not vote for that person-- I personally used to change the channel every time Pres Trump was on tv-- years before he became POTUS--

Basically we have 2 candidates-- one who did a bunch of illegal dealings with Russia and the Ukraine- and sniffs people -- and one who is a rich billionaire who has made some sexist comments, been accused of rape, and is currently in the office. Neither of which - I feel - represents what the office should be. And that my friend is what is important-- the office. Not showing respect for the office bugs me. Much like not showing respect for the flag or the national anthem bugs me. I have literally put my life on the line for this country, and do not going around spouting hate- even though I may have earned that right, more then some.

The hate spouting online does not change anyone's mind. I am not saying you cannot have your own opinion-- Just why does it have to be stated soooo hatefully? Name calling and hate speech usually shows a lack of understanding of a topic. I know you will find reasons to pick apart my above statements- which is fine- I wrote it and I can take criticism and I hope it doesn't put a blemish on our friendship.
