Can’t help but love my Diamondback bed cover, their customer service is as good as their cover.
Jacked up one of my hinges about 2 months ago folding the cover back to haul something big. Totally my fault, after I got notice they were back to work with all the covid-19 going on I emailed them about it. No questions asked, verified my address, about 3 days later I received 2 new hinges and new front seals in the mail.
cover was expensive at the start, but the lifetime warranty on everything paired with their great customer service makes it all worth while.
Their customer service unbelievable. I busted a cleat and called to order a new one. Guy on the phone said sending one cleat out wasn’t worth it so he sent me about 5 of them for free. About 3 years after I bought the deck, a guy called me and asked if I wanted to try a new locking mechanism as they were trying out a different design. Again, sent the new locks for free.
They might be pricey but the quality is unmatched and their customer service brings you back to the days where customer service actual meant something.
Or gooseneck, it seems like it would be fairly easy to make it gooseneck accessible.
The panels pop off in a couple minutes if needed to be removed. Very easy process but I agree, if towing a 5er or gooseneck regularly, I wouldn’t of purchased one.
I love my Diamondback. Only complaint is the lock, they need to use something other than standard tool box keys but, otherwise, they're very well built. Definitely not 5th wheel or gooseneck friendly but great for use with travel trailers!
