AOD Transmission cooling lines, Clutch master cylinder

I recently purchased a cream puff 1988 F-150 Lariat with the 4.9 ci six and AOD tranny. I noticed while looking at it that it has a clutch master cylinder on the firewall and has no tranny cooling lines going to the radiator. Any comments out there? I drove this thing home a week ago, 100 miles and it ran like a dream. This looks like it might have been a conversion maybe? no indications on inside of cab, has column shift and all is proper.

Hi, sounds to me like a conversion, but I would get a transmission cooler on it real fast you can get an aftermarket one that mounts in front of the radiator then just pipe it in but it will save the transmission because that won't last without cooling!!! John
