LMC list the 80 - 86 Fxx & Bronco lights
then 87 - 96 lights so what you are saying may work less the 97 light

The housings may fit, the bulbs and the wiring may not unless you splice the wiring and the sockets in. At some time I am pretty sure they went from the twist in bulb to the type with two prongs.
