Slip Yoke Question
While greasing U-joints etc... these popped out of the end of the slip yoke on the rear drive shaft. Red plastic plug with a rubbery/silicon seal?
Are they supposed to stay?
Should I try to put em back in?
It is the original from 78, so they have been in there for 40 plus years.
Came out of the end where diff. u-joint attaches.
