Body work needed

I am from the bloomfield area and have a 91 Ford E-150. The body is in pretty good shape except for the rocker panels and a couple of other spots around the bottom. I am looking for someone to do welding (maybe out of their home garage). I don't have much money to spend but believe in a fair wage for good honest work. This is a slow restoration project. I haven't had any luck so far in finding anyone who does this work out of their garage, and fear paying way to much at a body shop. Just looking for any leads or suggestions to where I might find someone who does this work. Thank you!!!

Have you considered trying to do it yourself? A small wire feed welder is a couple hundred bucks, and with a little practice, you might be surprised.

Since I wrote this I have read a little on using the "glues" instead of welding. Would that be a better way to go? Time and a place to do it is another issue for me. Our garage is not tall enough for the mighty beast.

Thanks,
