Engine hours

Hello.i have a question. I know the odometer is stored in the IPC. Are the engine hours stored there as well? I am swapping out clusters and I am getting ready to have odometer changed. They can’t change hours just miles. Can I change the hours with forscan?

I believe the engine hours are stored in the PCM/ECU. I do not think it is editable with any electronic equipment you might own.
