So ran some tests today on map sensor and my voltage readings will not change. 5 v constant and 2.5 to pcm ground is good put some air pressure to map no change in voltage replaced map same exact readings. Not much for pressure off intake as well. No boost at all not even the slightest whistle from turbo nothing on gauge at all even at WOT. Am I wrong in thinking that the turbo is just junk? HELP! cant keep dumping money in this thing.

If you unplug it doesn't change stays at the 59 kpa

No leaks on turbo but shaft has excessive play going to buy new turbo or rebuild.

Is the play up & down or in and out?
Up & down is acceptable if it doesn't touch anything.

I would start chasing the wires and ohm them out to PCM, maybe there is a wiring issue
unpluggin BARO should put it to sea level
MAP should change when you blow into it.
