FSA 19B37 ??
A message showed on Ford Pass yesterday suggesting I call my dealer about a PCM reprogramming, RE: FSA 19B37. Ford Pass desk knows nothing about it. Does anyone know what the reprogramming is supposed to correct or the reason for it?
BTW, the vehicle is a 2019 Escape SEL.

Also, just spoke to my the Service Dept at my dealer in Bloomington, MN. He said I should get it fixed soon because it is an important one. I asked if it was ok to drive and what the issue was and he said the software fix resolves a problem that is sometimes causing the engine to overheat. Said it can take up to a half day to fix.
