I bought a set from a 99-05(?) Super Duty off Ebay for around $40. Came with above the door & A-pillar handles. Only have the ones above door installed at this point. Just used heavy sheet metal screws for now since it's pretty heavy gauge steel there. Work great & look like they belong there.......

Thank you to everyone that responded. I like the ideas and pics. Sorry been gone. I finished another 78 hour week. I hoping to hit the jy tomorrow. Will definitely lookat the superduties and dodges. Might even check out the mini van area.
