No, I'm kidding. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I believe the bearing in your A/C compressor has gone kaput and a replacement compressor is in order.
Yes, that would be my guess and it won't be cheap. The days of simply replacing a compressor have turned into an 'a/c replacement kit". I did use Motorcraft parts from independent shop, but the total repair was high. Maybe you can do it yourself.
It's not likely the noise is coming from the AC compressor. If it were a compressor bearing there would be a change from when the compressor is on or off. It's more likely the serpentine belt is worn or stretched or that the tensioner is not moving freely.
Most of the time its one of the pulleys or tensioner on belt
I am at 207k and I just replaced all pulleys and tensioner it does quiet it down . I would do that first and replace belt ,don't let them sell you plastic pulleys . You can buy a belt for a non ac engine to bypass ac for awhile .
mix a spoon full of dishwasher soap in a cup of water ...dribble the soap on the belt while setting in the driveway. See if the noise changes or goes away for a period of time........ if no change at all, it could be the clutch , but you said the noise is only there when the pulley is spinning on the clutch, not engaged ? .....
