i have a 99 expy 4.0 v6 SOHC, i was wondering if there is a chip for it and is it worth doing?

 

The chip is not year/model/engine specific. Its a blank that is programmed according to your vehicle's computer code. We need that. Open the hood. The code (3 letters followed by 1 number) is on the computer on the top/center of the firewall (has a wiring harness bolted to the center of it). Most people find its worthwhile, but it all depends on whether premium fuel is worth the power to you.

 

i have a diablo chip in my sohc the shifts are firmer and definatly more power
