I would like to get back to some more rugged, factory looking wheels. I'm not a huge fan of the MB Motorsports (I've also have TWO of my barrel hub covers stolen, so I took the other two off) wheels that my truck came with. I love my Goodyear Duratracs (285/75R16), and will likely get another set when the time comes, so that means I still need wheels that have a lower offset value than stock for clearance reasons.
I wouldn't be adverse to a skinnier tire option, if a nice, rugged tire exists that's good for rocky, muddy, gravel roads.
These threads come up regularly & I get that, nothing wrong in asking.
But I always want to ask, what do you want?
I like simple, clean, non-busy/useless dirt catching & stress inducing ornamentation (excess machining, polishing=$$$)
Which is about 90% of truck wheels these days.
I want simple, classy, basic looking wheels that will get the job done. I'm not big into the the shiny chrome aspect or machined finish on a truck. Ideally something I can have coated flat black.
The wheels I have are nice, but they aren't "me" or my truck. I'm a HUGE fan of what was on the '80-86 trucks, especially with the center dog bowl cover. Classy, simple, and very "classic Ford truck". The caveat with those is I can't use my current set of tires, as I believe the wheel width and offset of those is not compatible with tires this wide. Even if wheel width were not an issue and it was simply a matter of offset, I do not feel comfortable running spacers on a truck I regularly pull and haul with.
Probably the best one place to look at lot of what is available (and a lot of new designs) all at once/no opening a jillion web pages/ is a paper Summit catalog.
Pick one & see if it's available in your size/off-set. Discount Tire has/had a modeler that featured a short bed OBS when I was shopping.
I can't think of the exact model number off the top of my head, but American Racing makes a blacked-out version of the Outlaw II that look like the stock aluminum rims that are on my 1993 F150. Not sure if they would fit your truck, or if they're even what you were looking for, but it might get those wheels turning in your head a little bit.

Yeah, I looked at the Outlaws, but I can't remember why I decided against them.

Those are nice! Looking up some photos of them on trucks right now.
