I am assuming you do not read wiring diagrams. Your diagram to get the wiring to the solenoid hooked up was in a previous post. Don't feel bad, lots of people look at the diagrams and they are greek to them and do not know where to start. But if you are going to do the wiring yourself, you are going to have to push through and start learning how to read the diagrams. We can lead you through it, just start asking questions about the diagram above in the previous post. And there are more if we need them.
SO if I read my "Greek" right it should have 3 fuse links on the battery side of the relay, fuse links J / L / M and looks like wires colors black / orange (10 ga & 12 ga) and yellow (10 ga)
I am not seeing any links or color wires under all that mud LOL
1 of them link wires if the power feed to the inside of the truck and why you don't get anything happening.

The guy I got it off of said it was going through starter solenoids
From the pictures you posted, that looks like a cheap no-name starter relay, aka solenoid. Do yourself a YUGE favor and replace it with a quality unit before the existing one fails, too. Lots more details here, including some recommended brands:

Only fuse link J will be at the relay, the others you mention will be laying around in the harness downstream.
The keyword he said in a previous post was that he had no headlights. The headlights are fed directly with fuse link L
