Opinions on all terrain tires.

My 19 dually has 36k on it and my AT2 are trashed. Front cupping and shaking pretty badly. Rotated about every 10k.
I bumper pull a 13.5k Travel trailer tounge weight 1750 ish, out of 36k probably 24k is towing it.
The rest of the time I'm at my ranch with crappy traction(dually I know).
Want to put 255/80r17 on it.

I've been reading horror stories about almost every AT tire. Not sure what to do.

Wet traction is important!
Oh and reasonably quite.

Throw it at me!

Doesnt Cooper make a decent AT in that size?

Towing that much and rolling near 40k miles with a little off road use... not too bad.

Never ran them myself but my cousin has been running Cooper AT3s on the last several diesels he has had. 3 Ram 3500s and 2 F350s. Some DRW , some were SRW. He tows a PJ gooseneck pretty heavy and pretty often. He wonít stop talking about those dang tires.. lol

Dunno actually all I've ever used are Michelin on all our vehicles. Would put them on again but want the taller tire and a little more off road traction.
Factory tires were great all around tire though!

DEpends, do you want year round, snowflake rated? I am running Goodyear Duratracs, year round, have on last several and my current SD. Cooper AT Pro are a good option but I would sipe them for winter.

Well Cooper does make that tire size in Discoverer ST max. Look like could be noisy pretty aggressive looking. Ugh

Cooper ST Maxx in that size is NOT noisy. Iíve actually run them on my previous dually, wore 4/32 in 10k miles. Amazing tires, canít say enough good about them. Great traction in all conditions (northern Canada so lots of everything). Go with the st maxx you wonít be disappointed at all, the size is nice for us dually owners.

I believe that Toyo/Nitto are producing the highest quality tires available now.
Rotating an AT tire about every 10k miles sounds like the biggest issue. You need to be rotating them about twice as often or any tire is gonna cup out.

I currently have 35x12.50r20 BFG k02ís on my work truck. Itís just a single wheel but it gets used pretty much at full payload in the bed at all times+ Maybe 1% towing 8k cargo trailer, misc utiliet trailers prob 3-5k. Tires have 48k miles on them and have 8-9/32nds of tread left. Only thing I donít like about these ko2ís is they pick up every little pebble/ gravel and nail/screw Iíve ever ran over. Every one of the has a patch and ones been replaced due to a square deck screw bit somehow getting crammed through it. Only other tire Iíd use is a Toyo RT. I had those on my previous 2012 f250 with nearly the same use and had 60k miles on them with 8/32ís left.

I am also going to recomend the KO2's but the biggest reason is the that they have the snoflake rating on them, but having said that the traction with them is night and day over the Michelen.
