Time for a little upgrade..... Wheels!

I have put quite a bit into the suspension and steering on my ol 99 F350 and it is doing great. But now I think I want upgrade on the wheels. The truck is full OEM other than I am running 285-75-16 tires. Stock wheels n all.
I have been thinking of going to an 18 in wheel. I know I cant be the only one who has done this.
I did check with a calculator and it shows that I should go to a 285-65-18 tire on an 18-8-10 wheel. Is this right or am I off?
I don't have any tire rub now so I don't want it after either. Just looking to pretty up her legs.

Thanks all!

SRBF150 has a good reputation on FTE.SRBF150 has a good reputation on FTE.
I have been running 285/65/18 for a couple years now with stock suspension height (V code front springs, A code rear) and with 0 offset 18x9" wheels, can turn lock to lock with no rubbing. I also have a full size spare and it fits under the bed so it is a good size IMO.
