first off I don't know what year you are talking about and 2nd tossing a bunch of new parts in generally doesn't fix anything......

do you know how to use a Voltmeter or a Test Light ?

IF so I might be able to help you.... First off we have to find out what is Common to all the Failure items you have then we can pick a place to start troubleshooting

not sure what a Mouth Meter is LMAO but serious, look at the turn signal switch as that is what the stop lamp switch power goes to next

you can Jump a 12 volt Test wire to the Terminals on the Turn Signal Switch to verify that the various rear Lamps will light up OR you can use the Test light to verify voltage is present on the switch terminals.

then the turn signal switch is the Common Point when wire 810 goes Hot then the brake Lamp should be lit as it is the same as the turn signal when 810 is HOT it puts power to wire 282 and 283 and ya it's late tonight
