2003 Explorer Shock/struts Bolts and Nuts

Hey there gentlemen, Looking for some help with a problem I'm having. I need to replace my front struts and the mechanic called and said the bottom front bolts refuse to come off. Seems like the only way will be to cut them off and he asks they I buy replacements. The dealer sells them in packs off 4 (I don't need 4) but the part # they give me is different with the part # I found on line.
parts.ford.com says my part # is W707900S439 $50.00
fordpartsshop.com says my part # is W710775S49 $21.00
The dealer says W707900 but they only sell in pairs of 4 for $108 ea.
HELP!

Are you sure you don't need 4? It seems like the part number that parts.ford.come came up with matches the part number the dealer gave you. If the online price is $50 each and you can get a pack of 4 from the dealer (which you may actually need all 4) is $108 plus tax, the better deal would seem to be from the dealer.
