And you know the torque on the HPOP fittings is real low, I beilieve it's 25 ft lbs but double check that and use green locitite to hold them in. They do strip easily.

That pedastal job was that easy? There has to be more to it than that. And add the corrosion of the north to my up pipe job, that was one of the worst jobs I've had to tackle.

Since you wrapped the down pipe I'd suggest wrapping the up pipes. Conserve energy to the turbo.

For tapping the manifold for the EGT gauge make sure you can get to it when reassembled. I'd recommend doing that after it's all back together. It's easy then too, and you know it will be easy to get to later if needed. Plus it helps to have things like EGT probes in common places to facilitate apples to apples comparisons. Consider dual EGT probes, one on both sides. Aids diagnosing a problem left to right side.

I plan to tap the driver manifold for egy down low

i didnt wrap the down pipe it was already like that. I wish i had the motivation to wrap the up pipes etc but this is my wife's daily driver. Its just stating stock unless i can talk her into trading my 17’ with me

Swift progress!

Good call on the split heater hose to protect the worn 42 pin harness. And the power steering line.

The clamp on the up pipe collector to the turbo: can you get a wrench on that now that the cab is back on? Mine is oriented so a socket on a long extension fits from the driver side. Might not matter, with bellowed pipes you won't need to get in there anytime soon.

Honestly i dont know on that clamp
the last 4 hrs ive been diagnosing a no start with a diesel tech friend of mine. Buzz tested injectors and checked everything. Appears the ipr is bad. I must have some how messed it up putting the orings in it? Going to order new motorcraft ipr and try it out
no air leaks no fuel leaks no oil leaks . It will run on gas rag with glow plugs unhooked. Checked all connections grounds et c

anyone have ideas based off codes? I tried with icp , ipr unplugged which i think is the codes above. Also i did not know i had the capability to an injector buzz test before and my #1 injector is weak but that wouldnt give a no start

Get a reading on your injector control pressure.
