I thought the limiter was built in to the truck and is adjustable using Forscan .

I tried Forscan to turn off the limiter but it didn't work for me.

It has a limiter already, do you need a certain speed setting?

Is it something a dealer can do in IDS . I think they do it for some fleet vehicles .

I believe 5 star can adjust it. It was an option when doing my tune on my 2016.

I believe it's limited to 96 mph already from Ford. Do you need to limit to a lower speed? It states this some where in the owners manual.

Its definitely limited to 96. Theres at least one other thread in here about that. Many have bumped into it....I think Forscan will not eliminate it. But it might lower it. However if Finland wants it limited. They will not allow a limit that you can change that easily.
If they accept 96 mph your good to go.

It's been years but I remember in Finland when I visited it was a very odd speed limit like 80kph and up to 120kph in the summer outside of population.

80 and 120, that's amazingly low! Would take forever to get any where at 80.

You could setup MyKey to limit max speed, though I think the minimum set speed is 65mph ~105kph

You can always put a wood block under the gas pedal. Thickness varies to speed desired.
