Yep, or buy an aftermarket head unit.

You sir are correct but, there’s always the cheaper / aftermarket head unit route.

 

I’m not real impressed with the aftermarket Bluetooth ( we put Bluetooth radios in our work truck fleet a few years ago) maybe it’s gotten better since

 

There are so many different aftermarket bluetooth adapters, it's almost impossible to keep up. There's a guy who used to do tech review stuff in the Sunday paper who had recommended one. Wish I could remember his name...

 

From the research I have done, you would have to replace the USB hub (ports), the screen, and the APIM which is connected to back of the screen. Or, as already suggested, go aftermarket.
