Online Repair Manual

Back in 2015 I did the EGR delete and much more to my truck. I purchased an online manual service so I have a reference for torque specs, bolt patterns, etc and bought a subscription that was good for so many months or a year, I don't remember. It is now time for me to tear into my AC system and I am wanting this subscription again. However, I am unable to locate the website I used back in 2015. I thought it was ALLDATA, but when I provided it with both of my emails in an attempt to locate my account, it did not locate an account for me. I called ALLDATA and the lady was not able to help me because if I used their service it would have been the DIY section and they don't have phone support for that program. She did tell me they don't delete customers accounts so this tells me my email should have been found if I was at the right place. For some reason I am thinking there was an option to purchase the subscription for a lifetime, but I don't see that option on ALLDATA and being they did not locate my email address I am wondering if I am on the wrong website. I would look back on my computer, but the one I had when I had this subscription decided to commit suicide. With that being said, what are other online repair subscription that I can try to see if my email is associated with. The site I used was mentioned on here quite a few time, but a search has yielded no results.

Here we have online access to the Chilton manuals through our local library membership. They include tech specs, repair info, as well as labor time standards. Might check into that.

Go on ebay and get the Ford service manuals. It has everything you need. Comes on a dvd.
I think I paid less than 15 bucks for it. It's an original Ford dvd.

That's good to know about the AllData online access at the library. I haven't been there in years. I will have to look and see.

I'm nervous about buying that kind of stuff off ebay. You don't know the quality of the DVD and if its an original one until you get it. Then with the book, what's to say they didn't rip out pages and you wont know that until later when you go looking for that page. Read it somewhere they will take a FORD DVD and then burn it, put a label on it, but its not a complete DVD. Or the DVD is only good for 3 months and in order for you to use it after the 3 months, you have to reset your computer's date and time.

Looking on ebay I have found two. One is a PDF and one is a CD. According to the description they are both the same manual the Ford Mechanics use. I have sent an email to both asking if they include the digital form of the 6.0 PS Manual that is offered as an extra fee when buying from helminc. The CD says searchable, but then I would need to by a CD drive since my laptop doesn't have one. The CD gets mailed to you and then PDF gets downloaded from your email and then can be saved to a CD, jump drive, computer etc, but dosent look like it is searchable. However, it does look like the PDF form is broken down into chapters within Adobe. What yall think?

PDF: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/113727458373?ul_noapp=true

I've ordered a PDF from someone on Ebay less than a year ago for my 2008. It was significantly cheaper than any other option out there, and cheap enough that if it was a complete dud, I didn't feel bad losing the money.

Turned out to be a total comprehensive Ford manual for all versions of F250 and F350 for 2008 year model. It's like 1600 pages. Great buy.

Buy from morpheusking. This is what I got for my 2014. Works perfect, this is what Ford uses for service. Get it for your year truck. Has everything you need. I have NO affiliation with this seller.

$12 , can't beat it.

How do you know this? I am just curious because the description says it is. I don't want to get screwed. That's why I'm nervous about buying a manual from ebay. You don't really know what you're getting.

It does not say oem.
It says factory licensed, whatever that means. Why are you looking for an aftermarket manual on cd for more money when the one I posted is 12 bucks and actually IS oem ?

How about this one? I don't think is specific to the 2006 F250 though. I sent the seller this question.

Thanks. The line you posted wasn't for my vehicle. I'm just nervous imam get the shaft because its not the right manual, but like you said, $12 dollars. And if anything I can send it back, I would just have to cover shipping.
