not mia no more. and yes, i was in nu yawk.
half way through a mill/pave for new construction we hit a gas riser yesterday. at 4 inches, it was supposed to be 4 foot underground as per markout and job plans.
so i had to stay there till gas company fixed it, and then we finished paving.
35 hours, at prevailing rate.
the new Kenworth is really really comfortable.

Ya. My Pete was like that. Snow plowing was a breeze. They would say get a nap, we'll be back, I'd recline the seat, and , that was it, Knock on the door when you need me......

so much better than the T800. that thing was like a coffin for a midget.
the boss's father just bought a 200 pete triaxle. 71k miles on it. it was part of a federal tax fraud case, and has been in fed impound for the past 15 years.
beautiful truck, except a bit under powered.
it only has a Cat C-10 370 HP engine, and 8-LL trans.

it is already spent.
bought new tires for the 14 F250, tires for both the daughters and son in laws cars, and a tank of gas.
