I've never seen or heard of one. Clifford used to list one in their catalog, but when I called about it they said it never made it to production. Even if it had I wouldn't have bought it from them. They were jerks when I called that time and every other time I've talked to them. After three tries I decided they weren't worth doing business with.
I was under the impression that the earlier pre efi headers where single outlet, then again I cannot be sure. Call www.jegs.com and ask them about their dynomax or hooker headers they have listed for the 83 and down 300. Yours is efi and I know when I got mine they were dual but again I believe the pre efi where single. you may need to modify an earlier set to fit your needs. Call them and find out, you can go to the jegs website and look but the picture is of a v-8 header, that does no good, so your gonna have to ask, later
hedmen used to make a single outlet header, i seen on on ebay a while ago. i was gunna bid on it until i saw it was single outlet...maybe on of thier older models??

Cliffy fed you a line of BS.....That's what I run on my truck. But I'll NEVER EVER do buisness with Clifford again after the hassel and long wait it took to get my header. And when I got the header I had to have 3 holes welded. Not what you expect for $350.
i have one on mine, its not good for city performance but on the hwy it made a good bit of difference. and i have 33's with the stock gears so if i had regular tires i bet i would be able to tell a larger difference. clifford is where i bought it.
I thought that efi motors had banks of three then a y pipe. I also thought that these maniflods flowed just about the same as a header. Maybe this was 92-96 150's? But I think you can use the stock manifold and run straight pipes or true dual exhaust and elimate the y pipe stock cats and 2inch pipe for high flow cats nice dual mufflers and pipe.
its true that the EFI manifolds (dual, three bank) flow pretty good, but there still not headers, and long tubes traditionaly produce more torque than shorties in the first place.
