depends if its a truck or car motor, roller cams came in trucks in 92, and cars late 84/85 mustangs. They called them 5.0 High Output(HO).first two years were carbed.Smallish 4bbl Holley(566 cfm).
From there they went EFi,but the engine stayed till 94/95. And use a 50ounce flexplate/flywheel and hardened dizzy gear.
Also the water pump is reverse.
