Air Conditioned seats

So finally getting hot here. Turned on the air conditioned seats today and noticed that only the bottom part of the seat got cold. The back of the seat stayed very hot. Couldn't find anywhere in the manual if only the bottom part was supposed to be cooled or the whole seat.

Does anyone know if the back rest part is supposed to cool?
Wondering if I need to take it in under warranty or not?

Thanks
Red

It cools the back too, it's just very weak in comparison to the bottom.

You are correct the seat does cool the back it just takes a while longer running the seat fan on high. Not all seats work as well as others. When I bought mine last year about this time I test drove a few trucks and one did not cool at all on the back at least in the 10 minute ride I went on. The one I have now works pretty good--a tip, on the rear seat ac vents point them down towards the floor where the intake to the seat fan is.

Just got back from the ranch in NM yesterday afternoon. The seat fan really helps cool your back when it is 104!
