I have a 93 F 250 4 as with passenger door button outside stuck in. Electric lock button brings door button half way up. Pulling as hard as possible won't budge. Inside handle no help. Door is locked shut of course,can't get inside panel off. How do I get door to work?

 

You are going to have to get the door panel off and get inside the door.

 

If you can put the window down, you can remove the two rubber window scrapers and have some access to the inside button. Sandy

 

The lock actuator rod popped off. Work the exterior key with the window all the way up and if needed use a slim Jim to move the rod. That should free up and allow you to use the exterior handle and open the door.
