Fuel tank filler neck question (F350 dually - Centurion Ed.)

Fuel tank filler neck question (F350 dually - Centurion Ed.)
Recently I acquired a 1995 F350 - Centurion Edition, dually.
The midship fuel tank, according to the previous owner, has not been working for at least three years now. The fuel hose is cracked all to hell too.
My knowledge and experience in doing this job is at or near the bottom.
My question is this: is it possible to "fabricate" a midship fuel filler hose myself, connecting the filler neck to the tank? I'm asking because this filler neck/hose assembly is discontinued....and I cannot locate a replacement part. I've searched junk yards, obscure sites, the Bronco Graveyard, everywhere.
I bought a simple Spectra F14C fuel tank, and Powerco fuel pump + sending unit assembly.
If anyone has any input on a solution and/or work-around that will solve my fuel neck/hose issue, I would be most grateful.
I swear to God, a dually midship fuel filler neck for a 1995 460 7.5L gas engine does not exist.

Rad hose might work, although I don't know how it will handle the gasoline. On my buddy's '86 dually when his filler necks went bad, we took the old ones to an exhaust shop and had them bend an identical piece out of steel exhaust tube, then just used two short pieces of rubber hose with clamps on either end to attach it.
Those filler necks are obsolete and this was the best solution we could find. Someone needs to start repopping them.

The dually fill necks are different. As are the diesel fill necks and the dually diesel fill necks are different than a gas dually.
