When I give it gas it starts then dies when I get off the gas or put it in drive need some suggestions for the problems only vehicle need it for work

 

What vehicle and engine do you have.

Sounds like a fuel pressure issue. Or the idle is off/set too low.

 

Throttle body or maf maybe? Check for codes.

 

Year? Model? Engine? Modifications?

 

Before you replace anything you need to graph the ECT/ coolant sensor, the 2 wire on the lower intake after the thermostat.
If its faulty it will cause a hard start every time. If you have no way to graph/ read live data just replace it, should be around 10 bucks
