Mornin all, getting ready to put new weatherstrip on my 77, what's the best adhesive everyone has used?
I forget what I used last time, but it didn't hold, I think it was the recommended weatherstrip glue,,,

I wish I would have known about this stuff when I was replacing my 2014 weatherstripping.

 

I second using 3M Super Black!

I've used this on my Mustang weatherstrip and plan to use it for the glass run channel portion of the weatherstripping kit WFK 2111 73 I recently purchased for my truck.

 

Just finished my vent wings, window channels,window felts and am doing my door seals now. I am using 3M black. This is a great adhesive that sets quickly and bonds very well. Test you're tack times before installing because this can be messy.
