Truck died again

I posted a new thread back in Feb about truck died while idling after test driving with new #2 injector install. After all that, I reinstalled the IPR valve and it started and ran fine. Mind you the screen was still intact. I drove it for about 3 weeks and had no trouble. Ran perfect. I moved my son to his new house and made 3 good loads down to his house. I got up the next morning to go down an drill out 2 more dead bolts. The truck had a miss just like it did before I replaced the injector. Just before getting home we stopped to get something to eat. When I came out to leave I started it up and pulled out of my parking spot. Had no throttle and it went dead. Called a wrecker. Now I just replaced the IPR, stand pipes and dummy plugs. This is what I got on my Scangauge ll.
RPM = 193
ICP = 234
IPR = 84.7
FICM = 48.5v
FICM sync = 1
I am at a total loss.

Ipr at 84.7 % which is maxed out and Icp is only at 234 which is not enough to start you have a leak in the high pressure oil system somewhere. An air test is gong to be your best bet to find it. You may have knicked an oring or something when the installing the hpo parts.

All I did is installed upgraded stand pipes and dummy plugs and put in a new IPR valve. I didn’t remove the oil rails.

I know this is old but I’ve been a on mandatory 12 hr shifts and can’t get time to work on this. So I bought the IPR air test adapter and hooked up shop air and right away had a leak. The o-rings on the dummy plugs and stand pipes on the left side were both blown. Can’t figure that out. Put new ones in and now no air leak at all. Still only building + or - 230 psi. I’m thinking HPOP but they say they rarely go out on ‘05 and up. Mine is an ‘05. What do you guys think?

If you haven't updated the stc fitting that's a likely failure point. And HPOPs aren't permanent either way.

Where were you hearing air leaks during your air test?
