Nice design, definitely a much better radius. Would you cut each one of them down the center (lengthwise) in order to keep a flat shape across the middle of the wider dually fender? Or maybe he can tool something wider for you in that style from scratch (at a higher cost, obviously).

 

I was thinking it wouldn't look too bad showing a seam down the middle. Right and left fender bolted together to make a single fender.
