Hydraulic jacks use hydraulic fluid. It is available over the counter as "jack oil".
Your jack is leaking because it has a bad seal. Luckily, almost all hydraulic jacks are the same. Even if your brand isn't common, it will require new seals, o-rings, and gaskets. Those parts are all sold by diameter size. Remove the fill plug and drain it. Take it apart. Get a rebuild kit. Rebuild with new seals, o-rings, and gaskets. A hydraulic shop can do this for you. Look for the places which repair fork lifts, pallet jacks, et cetera. At the heart of most hydraulic equipment, is a simple hydraulic bottle and piston, just like a bottle jack. Those shops should either have in stock, or access from a distributor, seals in every size diameter needed for your jack.
It will be cheaper and easier to buy a new jack.

That does look like a lot of work I have to bottle jacks that don't work in a floor jack that I bought last year doesn't work anymore. I have a Michelin floor jack that still good but the thing weighs a ton and I want something to keep in my truck guess I'll just throw them out and buy a new one thanks for the heads up

I agree it sucks throwing away perfectly good tools but finding all the o rings and seals I would need would take forever. It's not like I can just walk into Home Depot and buy them for like $0.17 a piece last time I needed an O-ring for my Powerstroke it was like 12 bucks the parts counter

I don't know what is available in your area. Where I live, there are shops which repair pallet jacks, fork lifts, just about anything hydraulic. They have those seals in every size.

No. But if you take the bottle jack apart, you can remove all the o-rings, gaskets, and seals. Then measure them, and order the correct size for rebuild.
As I recall, most of the bottle jacks on the market have the same specs for size. So if you have a 10 ton jack, you can buy seal kits for a 10 ton jack from just about any manufacturer, and they should be the same diameter. But measure first. Some jacks, like Craftsman, Ford, et cetera, have a couple of spare gaskets thrown into the box when you buy a new jack.
Torin Big Red Jacks has seal kits if you call them. Sears Craftsman jacks are rebuildable, and Craftsman parts should have bottle jack seals.

Harbor Freight sells a o-ring assortment kit. It may have the o-rings you need to rebuild your jack.
