Pic size limit = way too small

Pic size limit = way too small

It should be more like 500,000 bytes or more. That 320,000 bytes is crap. My pics are way bigger than that.

Dude, I think you may need to check your pic properties then.
This pic of my Bronco is not resized for this post or anything, and it's only 77054 bytes:

Well then, Get some money out and send it to FTE to cover the extra cost Since this web site has over 100,000 users not 50 or 60

try changing your pictures to gif's instead of jpg's. files are alot smaller but picture looks just as good.
