Well to figure out your hauling you need the base curb weight, so go scale it. Then subtract your base from the GVWR and that is your hauling, the towing on these is limited to less than 3500lbs and I would not even push that number with a F100.
In reality, you can tow quite a bit IF you have the know how and proper equipment. I've towed quite a bit with my F-100, and I've learned some things doing it. 6,000lbs id take almost anywhere, over any distance. 8,000 is pushing it, limited distance and only across flat ground. And the few times that I've done 10,000lbs or more have really not been that enjoyable.
But I built the truck for towing and hauling. It has 4.11 gears and other mods to help it handle the extra load. For a regular old F100 that's all stock and somewhat worn out, I wouldn't push it passed 4K. (A small car on a car trailer)
