Hi everyone.I recently bought an 06 F250, and noticed in the glove box, theres a usb connector that runs behind the dash. I've searched and searched, and I can't find the answer anywhere, as to what it's for. Anyone have an idea? And yes I have the factory radio. Thank you!

 

I have an 07' xlt and there is no usb there.
Most likely its there from a previous owner.
Perhaps its hooked up to the stereo. Is there
an aftermarket stereo installed?

 

There is not a USB connector on my 07 XLT either.

 

Somebody swapped the factory stereo back in before they sold it. That USB is more than likely from a previous stereo install.
