Center caps for the 8 lug F250

Hello,
as summer is coming around I want to make my truck a little more shiny. One thing that is quite the eye sore are the dirty and slightly rusted middle of the wheels in front and back. So I thought about getting some center caps. Preferably original. The problem that I have run into is that I can't seem to find what the original center caps for 8 lug wheels looked like. Did they not have any?
I like the look of the red for the 5 lug, but there doesn't seem to be any for 8 lugs.
I would welcome any recommendations for center caps that would look close to original as well.

Thank you.

The ‘84 I bought has what looks like the Type 1. Likely not the style you’re after, nor was I, but as you can see from the truck they are nearly perfect survivors. I may let them go if you’re interested, located in Alberta though!

TYPE 1 is a hub cap, TYPE 2 is the above ^ wheel cover, but...

These are 15" wheel covers that were originally used on 1971/72 Galaxie/LTD & 1973/79 F100 2WD, 1975/79 F150 2WD

To install them on 1972 and later F250/350's with 16" wheels, D2TZ-1210-A 16" Trim Ring was required.

The trim ring was snapped on the wheel FIRST, then the wheel cover was snapped onto the trim ring, I kid you not!

I'm in the same boat...
I'm not sure that 8 lug hubs ever had any hub covers.....only wheel covers.

I once did a fanatical search on Google looking for a stock truck with 8 lug hub covers....and never found a stock truck that had any.

Also note that hub covers and wheel covers are different if you have 4x4 or 4x2.....the fronts will either have a cutout or removal clip on the 4x4.

Sorry for taking so long. I just moved and had the truck shipped across the ocean. The wheel covers seem to be original. Everywhere I looked the snap rings that I would need are listed as 16 inch. Do they work for the 16.5 inch rims that my truck should have too?
