Looking for a few parts from a 1964/65 f100/250 4x2 4x4

I have a 1964 Ford F100. Does anyone know of a junk or has parts. Specifically, I am looking for; interior top door panels (both sides), side rear view mirrors (both sides) and a parking brake ( interior and the engine well linkage- I have nothing ). Any help would be greatly appreciated. From diagrams, the parking brake parts should be the same for the models listed.

You can find a few reproduction styles for the side mirrors if you don't mind buying new.
