Question for NumDum

I assume you've looked in the usual places for lube stickers, in the original owners manual (if you have it) for the dealers name.
SFV Ford dealer license plate frames: Ralph Williams are EZ to find, the others are not. I know who all the others were if you're interested.

Probably not and there are no records for 1961/66 trucks, because FoMoCo THREW THEM AWAY decades ago.

I was going to sell but I just can't do it. So I'm going to fix it up as a nice driver because I need a useable truck. The brakes were always scary and it ran warm in So Cal summer traffic.
I recently upgraded the brakes, disc/drum, dual master, booster, combo valve, hard lines, wider rear brake shoes, etc. Rebuilt the front suspension, steering box, new leafs...
I also installed an aluminum radiator, electric fan and fan controller.
Digging around in the shed I came up with a pretty cherry set of black '63 license plates off of a dead truck. I just figured it'd be cool to have a vintage plate frame from the dealer it came from along with the vintage plates.
Thanks for your time and knowledge.

Thanks for the reply. I've owned this truck for 35 years, there's no lube stickers or owners manual.

I seem to recall that you're a pal of Gary Musal, where is he now?

I haven't seen anyone from there for years. I did see Bob Haddad about ten years ago in Woodland Hills but he was busy and I wasn't able to talk to him.
I've looked online and there are a few plate frames still around to be had.

I worked for Buerge and I also worked for Bob Bruncati when Sunrise was still in Tujunga.

I now live in Simi, took my Fusion to Simi Ford to have it serviced. I stopped at the parts counter, the parts guy said...can I help you? I gave him my usual response "I'm beyond help!"
He looked at me, said I know you. From where said I? Santa Monica Ford he replied. I looked at him, it was William, I hadn't seen him in 26 years and he's gained at least 50 lbs.
William told me that when Buerge closed. Dave Riddle went to Airport Marina taking all the wholesale accounts with him. Santa Monica didn't get a single one.
Dave was Buerge's wholesale phone guy, also worked at Culver Motors and briefly for Santa Monica, his dad Willard worked for Santa Monica for eons.

Spent 10 years at Crenshaw. I was at W-B, told the P/M that I was offered 2300 a month guaranteed at Crenshaw (and that was a grand more than I was making). I told the P/M if he'd split the difference I would stay.
P/M (Gene Vallandingham) said Crenshaw's a sweat shop and I doubt you'll make that much. Well, he was right, I made more than that and yes it was a sweat shop, but I loved it there.
From the minute you got there till 5PM, you were busy. The parts dept was a revolving door, not only because we were busy, but most people hated the parts manager, a former USN CPO that ran the parts dept as his personal fiefdom.
Some people were scared to death of him but I wasn't. I saw thru his alcoholic bluster, stood up to him. The first year that I was there, he fired me at least once a month, but I never left the building.
After the yelling and screaming back/forth subsided, he'd calm down, say he was just kidding. The other guys said...how do you do it? I said stand up to him and he'll leave you alone...maybe.
