New roof - truck bed liner
Bit the bullet and had the roof of our TH sprayed with truck bed liner.
Our last RV was old and I fought roof leaks for a long time.
The seam in the front where the plastic cap met the roof was a big concern, the whole roof slopes into that seam.
The roof was stripped down to the OSB, inspected for damage (none, thankfully), a layer of 1/8" five layer Luan plywood was screwed down, all seams sealed and truck bed liner sprayed on.
The material goes over the edges so there are no seams.
The front plastic cap had a crack that was was repaired twice and cracked again - the installer claims it will not crack again.
The roof feels a lot firmer when crawling around on it.
I'm taking the AC cover, propane cover and rubber fender skirts in next to be sprayed.

This stuff is still somewhat flexible, but when sprayed on a truck bed it's probably hard to tell.
I have a sample that I've folded over 100 times and it still lays flat with no stress marks.

Just got back from a trip and there were a few bugs.
Most of the bugs wipe right off and the rest should wash off easily with the RV hose/brush.
Not sure how long term dirt build up will go, the surface is nubby, but slick.
I think the base material is clear urethane and they color it with urethane automotive paint.

Just got the propane tank cover and fenders back.
They were sprayed on both sides.
There were cracks and mars in the finish, but they have a nubby texture now.
The fenders were a shiny black flexible rubber, but showed every little mar or scratch
One fender had a crack about half way down and wasn't going to last much longer.
I had been looking for awhile for replacements, but couldn't find anything and some about the same size were over $100/ea.
The bed liner spray was $85/ea.
