A couple of things kill the C series, based on what I've read here. No repro'd sheet metal, door or window stuff, no new brake drums (all mediums), most are worked to death. Except fire trucks, which, are fire trucks.
Yours is one of the nicest non fire trucks I've seen here.
I tried to search for C series on Truck Trader. I got several F series, a couple LCF and a '67 with no picture and no price.
We have a tree trimming service here with a dozen or better C series trucks. It appears they are buying non-runners and using them for parts. I've seen trucks there with several old cabs on them.

Before I bought mine I found quite a few decent C series for sale at $3k or under. I picked mine up for about half that.
The most expensive one was a freshly retired 1980's fire truck with a low mile 3208 Diesel for $5k.
The low price was part of the reason I went with the C as well as the short nose.
Maybe it's because they've grown on me, but I think they are undervalued. I have no idea if that will ever change though.
Honestly as long as it's attracting business I'd keep it.

More "value" than cost IMO
Hi
When I bought my c800 last month, I didn't know the following ,interest and respect these trucks get!
I CHOSE a 391FT 67 as I have FE's and a race 67 Fairlane.
Since buying I have found 3 C750-950 ranging from 3 to 5K. (And one I would never consider for UK under 2000.00)
I THINK it comes down to "style" (fire/dump/flat) as well as year - seeing they made for over 20 years.
Proximity needs to be looked at as towing IS an expense.
MARK
PS For me the value will be when I show up at an even with a rig!

thanks for the input guys, this was a contact truck (mechanic/welding truck) for a buddy of mines family farm. we did run into issues with the brakes but found that most everything can be found at NAPA, so long as you know what axles you have. we were going to throw a set of axles from a 2006 f450 under her with a remote brake booster setup so we can have disc brakes all around, and cummins/allison swap but shes really taking up space and really would like to see her go to a good home not a salvage yard.
