Took it to Lowes to get a part for a plumbing project. When I came out, there were two guys with newer Ford trucks ogling my 67 F250. One guy offered to buy it right there, but we ended up talking for like 20 minutes. That was pretty cool.
Recently, I rebuilt the majority of the brake system. New master cylinder and 3/4 of the lines. Rebuilt the pressure differential valve.

Just put on the new brake warning light bezel I ordered from C&G Ford parts. She is now complete.
It feels great getting behind the wheel of her after a long winter storage....4 months here in Ohio.
It's like a new truck all over again...every year.

Fixed a no power, no start issue. It seems that the original external voltage regulator decided to take a vacation, so I decided to retire it permanently by installing a 1-wire alternator. While I was at it, I renewed the battery cables, starter wire and ground wire and ground straps. Nice bright lights all the way around now except for the brand new front turn signals are throwing low voltage pulses when the headlights are on, to the point that they can't be seen with the bezels on. Front parking lights are bright and the turn signals are great when the headlights are off. The rear turn signals are fine, pulsing nice and bright with the headlights on or off. Very strange....So, it looks like I'll be chasing that down next this weekend.

Sorry to hear about your dad. You didn't let him down though. You finish that truck and dedicate it to his memory. With that you'll always have a connection with him, and something to remind you of all the good times together.

I finally scraped most of the old "mirror" window tint off my windows. And I took off the hideous square headlights. I hope to get the correct round headlights installed soon.
