No rear running/park lights 2015 F250

My Ď15 F250 on my way home from my trip the rear running lights quit working. My brake and signal lights work but the taillights are out.

Which fuse should I look for? Iív looked online for the info but couldnít find anything.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I checked fuse 30 earlier and it was ok and then just checked fuse 40 it to was good. Is it possible both lightbulbs went bad at the same time?

Anything else to look for?
Thanks!

do you have park lights on front or on the mirrors?

Yes I have park lights on my mirrors and the front. I even have the license plate light too.

Iíll look over the wiring diagram you sent me.

Thanks again, Jeff

I found the culprit... it was a broken wire that the prior owner fixed (obviously not very well) that was taped up. After I cut off a 1/2 pound of electrical tape the broken wire fell right out of the butt splice.

With the correct size butt splice and fresh 3M electrical tape my truck has rear running light again!

Thanks for the wiring diagrams that really helped me narrow down the problem spot!

Jeff
