01T-4826 center bushing for F250 and F350

I located a good "soft" original 01T-4826 drive shaft support center bushing.

I looked forever to find one that was not hard as a rock and shrunk up. I have the ability to "clone" them and make them from polyurethane.

They are for the 1940 - 1955 F250 and F350 / f2/f3

If anyone is interested in one from Poly, let me know, I could produce them for a small fee to help others out... I know this is one of those "original parts" not re produced, yet almost impossible to get a good NOS one.

They are 3.375" OD and about 1.5" thick.

I didn't have ALL the applications, but there now we have it. Thanks!

I notice you never responded to the last question. I'm hoping you can supply one of these. Polyurethane would actually be superior to the original. It's a great idea.

OP was last online 1,225 days ago... However, it would seem easy enough with the proper 3D setup to use TPU filament (black ninjaflex) or TPU resin and experiment at producing one.

Easy for you to say! My nephew hasn't had the time to get his 3D printer up and running yet.

I found one that looks like a match but the part number is not correct according to my parts book. I'm waiting on dimensions.

Which edition of the book are you looking at. In my catalogs, I have 01T 4826-A, 01T 4826-B having the same applications listed above 1940-55, depending on which year the catalog was printed. Ford changed part numbers all the time for the same part. From 56 on, the part appears to have been changed and looks totally different based on the pictures I found online, B5T 4826-A. I don't think you want that one.

I think my parts book was printed in 64. 01T-4826-B is correct. Here is the drawing in the parts book. This is the correct setup but it shows 53 and up and the model TH is not listed. Fortunately the bottom line is that there are several available on eBay.

In this case, the 01T-4826, 01T-4826-A, and 01T-4826-B are all interchangeable revisions. These also cross with the contemporary Doan 2035.

Also, I think this is a more contemporary diagram:

Ahhhh. That explains the 2035. I hope purchasing NOS wasn't a mistake. From what I've found, as in the case of motor mounts, the new rubber is Garbage compared to original.
