Oil change with lubrication?
#19
Everything (almost) seems to be lubed for life now. My front axle u-joints don’t get much of a workout but l greased them anyway at 15,000. They sure are a lot easier to get to than the ones on my 04 F250 were. Each side only took a couple of pumps. The drive shaft u-joints and carrier bearing on the 04 weren’t greasable either and they lasted 14 years and 190,000 miles so I’m banking on the new ones being trouble free too.

I have an F 450 at work that has 9 fittings. Like Dawg said above. Is there really only 2 in the 250? Ill be disappointed to know Ill need to replace ball joints and steering linkage parts too soon with aftermarket parts having fittings. Just ordered a 250 lariat... expecting the same general front end as my 450.
