Windshield with chrome trim
Is there a snowballs chance in hell of sliding the chrome into the corresponding gasket after it’s installed into the truck? Or am I stuck with a gasket with slots in it?

No. We found that out at a Ford dealership, when the bodyshop tried to install the molding after the windshield was in. Molding blew off and the dealer had to buy new molding.

The stainless steel windshield reveal mouldings have to be installed on the weatherstrip FIRST, then the weatherstrip is installed on the glass.
