loud sucking noise

Disconnect the hose to the IAC while running and put your hand over both the IAC port, and the hose and see if it goes away. My V10 was a little loud in the "sucking" since brand new

I've never heard another v10 running or even at idle so idk if maybe it should sound like that and you said yours sounds like that from brand new thanks I'll try that tomorrow and see what happens.

I'm surprised no one said it yet, but that loud sucking noise is the money flying out of your wallet for gas!

what you mean by that. Is it suppose to sound that loud

That was a joke.

But yeah, my V10 did have a good suction sound to it all it's life. I can't say it's as LOUD as yours or not...

Got your email, yeah, it sounds like mine. Something in the throttle body or IAC makes it sound like that.

You changed the IAC and now it doesn't stall, that's good.

The rough idle we need to work on now

Yeaa I went threw 3 new iac's thinking they were ****. And I don't have a check engine light or pending codes. It only does that little shake once in awhile at idle
