@fordrealdrive You mentioned the intermediate shaft uses 1310 u joints. Im currently replacing the u joints in all 3 of my driveshafts (1974 f250 4x4 NP205/NP435 divorced) Do they all use 1310 u joints?

EDIT* I was trying to find this post cz I swore I had read it. Finally found it. So I would need 2 1310s and 4 1310/1330s?

If I remember correctly the driveshaft side is 1310 & the axle yokes are 1330.

memberz, if your rear D-shaft is intact & original it should confirm this & you can use it for reference when you have the front shaft made...your only guess work would then be getting the correct length.
good luck to ya!

Welp after measuring the driveshafts u joints (I misplaced some of the caps and the front driveshaft from you grinner lol but I found them) I can confirm for anyone else wondering: Trans to T-case 1310 u joint (x2) Front DS to T-case 1310/1330 u joint (x2) and Rear DS to T-case 1310/1330 u joint (x2).

Just an FYI for anyone who needs the same part that I did in the future. NOS Parts LTD ended up not having the part and NOS Parts SOURCE has one in stock now for $250 +15 shipping. I ended up getting one off of Ebay for way too much money. Thank you everyone for your help.

No worries man I know how that is lol.

One more question hope you can help.

Bought my 4x4 without a transfer case (crappy PO 2wd conversion) so does the trans to t case shaft have the slip yoke facing the transfer case? I assume it's like the front and rear shafts that have the slip yoke connected to the transfer case? Flying blind as my PO had a 2wd shaft and carrier bearing welded in.

The single cardan driveshafts can be mounted in either position without issues but the illustration shows how Ford did it!
Well shoot I totally forgot ND posted that diagram. Thank you! That was my first instinct but I second guessed and figured they'd all be the same mounting location.(Now I gotta change it shhh lol) thanks again for your help !
