Bad PCM?
Truck is a 99 7.3 6 speed. So I was looking for a bad ground in relation to my speedometer not working. I disconnected the ground on the inner drivers side fender and turned the key on to start checking and reconnected it. Ever since doing that the truck won’t start. Fuses are good, relays are good and 12v going to all the fuses but only 5-6 volts going to the fuel pump. No service engine soon light or wait to start and my scanner won’t connect to the computer. Hooked the fuel pump directly to the battery and it comes on but the truck still won’t start. Also only .3 volts going to fuse #20.
