This is a first. I ordered a bunch of suspension parts for my car last week and they shipped from the various manufacturers.
I got one box Tuesday, one box yesterday and the final box to be delivered today.

The place that the parts are coming from today put a restriction that only an adult 21 years or older can sign for the box.
I've had to sign before, so that's not uncommon, but an adult of 21 and over. I could see if it was alcohol but car parts?

When I told my wife her response was "what sex toys did I order."

Well working on getting over this jet lag. And get reversed out to work nights/fly NVG's. So I went to work at 4:30 this afternoon and helped launch/recover 3 a/c. I can not until I have 48 hrs in country...crew rest rule. So I got off at midnight, BS til 01 AM. Now it 0500 and time to rack out.

Tomorrow I am off all day and night, and back on the flt schedule sat night. So ONE flt and then we have NVG door gunnery Sunday and Monday nights and right back into it, busy busy.

I am already ready for another R&R. lol So howdy to all and will try to get some pics.

I'm jealous RC because that sounds like a great road trip. Be sure to let us know if you need a hand getting the bus ready to roll.

Good Morning From Florida, Everyone!

I couldn't sleep at all so I'm up early pecking around on here. Dad is not in good shape. I'm glad I came down, but it sure is hard to see him like this. I'm trying to get some stuff done while I'm here. I replaced the blades on their mower and cut the grass and trimmed. Fixed a door jamb in the house one of the dogs ate, and cleaned the garage. Today, I'm gonna go through dad's car and get it running again and cleaned up so mom can sell it. It's been sitting, so it just needs a once over and wash. If anyone wants a pristine Pontiac Bonneville with less than 100K on it, let me know.

Hang in there Alan. Staying busy will certainly help.

Just when you thought you knew someone... While running errands this morning, we passed some folks heading out with their off-road buggies and I said something along the lines of that might be fun to do someday. Out of the blue, my wife says that she's always thought it would be fun to give it a try. You could have pushed me over with a feather.

Now I'm on the hunt to see if I can still get a set of half-doors and some suspension mods directly from Yamaha designed to make the Rhino less prone to roll-over as part of a recall. The dealership we bought it from kept giving us the run-around about it to keep from having to give stuff out for free until they went out of business. I've contacted a nearby dealer in the hopes that maybe, just maybe, I can still get them. If not, I'm going to have to come up with something on my own. I also need to come up with a soft top for some shade and do a whole lot of cleaning to make it look decent again before I attempt to go wheeling with the wife somewhere.

Well those are pretty sweet, but I think I'm going to stick with what I have for now. The lower I can keep the cash outlay for the moment the better things will go over.

Yes best way to go, to see if she really likes it or not. But if you buy one built just for that, your are committed and then you do not tear up your Rhino and have to go back to shoveling snow by hand. When ever you are ready I will be more than happy to guide you all on some nice easy trails with beautiful scenery.
